Mike Kaplan Mike Kaplan is a partner at Three Arch Partners. Before joining Three Arch, Mr. Kaplan was a senior executive at Blue Shield of California, a $2.5 Billion health plan. At Blue aShield, Mr. Kaplan served as Vice President Business Transformation, Vice President Corporate Development & Strategic Planning, and Regional Chief Executive Northern California. Prior to Mr. Kaplan’s work with Blue Shield, he was a healthcare consultant at APM Incorporated (now CSC Healthcare). Mr. Kaplan has also worked in investment banking with Kidder, Peabody & Co. Incorporated.
