Bret Jorgensen Chairman Comes to AllianceCare with over 20 years of executive level experience with venture backed organizations. Most recently, Mr. Jorgensen held the position of President and CEO of InSight Health, a national diagnostic imaging business made up of 2,300 employees working at 230 centers in 34 states. Prior to joining InSight Health, as CEO of AdvoLife, Mr. Jorgensen led the successful sale of that organization to LivHOME. As well, Mr. Jorgensen spent four years as Chairman and CEO of Directfit, a nationwide organization that utilized a web-centric recruiting solution to provide information technology talent to leading corporations. In 1989, Mr. Jorgensen was co-founder of TheraTx, a publicly traded diversified healthcare services organization that was recognized in 1995 as the 2nd fastest growing public company in America by Inc. magazine (for the 5 year period of 1990-1994) with a growth rate of 25,127%. Also in 1995, Mr. Jorgensen and his fellow co-founders were recipients of the “Entreprener of the Year” Award (sponsored by Ernst & Young and Inc. magazine). TheraTx was known for its strong culture, comprehensive service delivery model and unique information technology systems that supported the company’s rapid growth to revenues of $400 million in seven years.
