Joseph A. Boshart Joseph A. Boshart joined Cross Country Healthcare, Inc.\'s predecessor as its President in January 1993 and added the title of Chief Executive Officer in January 1994. Mr. Boshart joined W. R. Grace in 1979 as an Economist in the Business Economics Group. Beginning in March 1982, Mr. Boshart was active on the Grace Commission, a Presidential Advisory Commission formed by President Reagan with J. Peter Grace as Chairman. Mr. Boshart served as Manager of Special Projects and testified before Congress as to the Commission\'s findings. Mr. Boshart was appointed Manager of Policy Analysis for the Business Economics Group, in 1985, focusing on the impact of Federal regulation on health care issues. In 1987 Mr. Boshart was appointed Assistant to the Chairman and CEO of Grace, the position he held prior to joining Cross Country.
